Nutmeg Productions is an American film, television, & theater production company based in New York & Los Angeles. Nutmeg Productions & Media has several divisions including theatre, feature film, independent film, television, non-scripted, podcasts, musicals, web series, and commercials. Nutmeg Productions & Media develops and produces projects for major studios, independent distributors, networks, and cable broadcasters. It was founded by Susan Briggs 2021. The name "Nutmeg" is derived from the beautiful Spice Island of Grenada the West Indies.
Susan Briggs-Wright
Susan Briggs-Wright is a visionary leader and entrepreneur. With a multicultural background spanning across Grenada, London, and the United States, Susan's journey has shaped her passion for film and television since childhood.
Discovering her true love of Talent Management came through guiding her own children's successful journeys in the modeling industry to establish her own agency in 2007, launching Susan B. Talent Management, LLC, which eventually became Apollo Talent Management in 2019. The company specializes in developing and growing aspiring and seasoned actors in the entertainment industry, in the areas of film, television, theater, voiceover, commercials, and print as well as booking leads, supporting, and recurring features.
​She is the visionary behind Nutmeg Productions & Media, a production company she founded in 2021 that is helping to revolutionize the world of athlete branding and brand endorsement. Through the company she seamlessly guides her clients through their transition into Film/TV, authoring books, speaking engagements, and beyond. She currently represents Larry Sanders, NBA Center and Power Forward, and Devin Funchess, former NFL Wide Receiver. Current projections in post-production for Nutmeg Productions & Media are: Rahman (Feature Film), “Stitch” (TV Series), “Urban Legends” (TV Series), “Single & Successful” (Reality TV Show), “Untitled” (Comedy Series), and “Pastor Hershey” (Comedy Series).
